If your Fly6[v] is having power issues, such as not powering on or holding charge follow these suggestions.

My Fly6[v] won’t turn on

To turn on your Fly device, press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second. If for any reason your Fly6[v] will not turn on, please try the following:

• Ensure your Fly6[v] is fully charged
• Check your SD card
  • SD card should be a Class 10 microSD card
  • Check the list of recommended SD cards
• Reformat your SD card
• Make sure the firmware is up to date

If you’re still unable to turn your Fly6[v] on, please submit a ticket with our support team using the button in the top right.

My Fly6[v] is turning off unexpectedly

Your Fly device may turn off in certain situations when Idle Mode and Incident Protection Mode are triggered. If for any reason your Fly6[v] is turning off unexpectedly, please try the following:

• Check your SD card
  • SD card should be a Class 10 microSD card
  • Check the list of recommended SD cards
• Ensure your Fly6[v] is fully charged
• Reformat your SD card
• Make sure the firmware is up to date

If your Fly6[v] is still turning off mid-ride, please submit a ticket with our support team using the button in the top right.

My Fly6[v] is not turning off

To turn your Fly device off, press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second. If for any reason your Fly6[v] does not turn off, please try the following:

• Press the power button for at least 8 seconds.
• If the unit does not respond, set it aside in a cool dry place and let the battery run down.

To ensure this does not happen again

• Check your SD card
  • SD card should be a Class 10 microSD card
  • Check the list of recommended SD cards
• Reformat your SD card
• Give your Fly6[v] a full charge
• Make sure the firmware is up to date
