My Fly12 CE is not recording

Note: There is a known issue with formatting your SD card via USB on a MacBook. If you have formatted your SD card via USB on a MacBook and find that your device will not record, please try reformatting your SD either using an SD card adaptor or the CycliqPlus mobile app.

If your Fly12 CE is not recording, please ensure that you are using an appropriate SD card as some SD cards are not able to cope with the read and write speeds required by HD recording.

Also ensure your Fly12 CE is adequately charged in order to record.

If you’re still unable to record on your Fly12 CE, please submit a ticket with our support team using the button in the top right.
