If your Fly12 Original is having power issues, such as not powering on or holding charge follow these suggestions.

My Fly12 won’t turn on

To turn on your Fly device, press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second.

If for any reason your Fly12 will not turn on, please try the following:

If you’re still unable to turn your Fly12 on, please submit a ticket with our support team using the button in the top right.

My Fly12 is turning off unexpectedly

Your Fly device may turn off in certain situations when Idle Mode and Incident Mode are enabled. If for any reason your Fly12 is turning off unexpectedly, please try the following:

  • Check whether Idle Mode and Incident Protection Mode are on using the CycliqPlus mobile app
  • Check your SD card
  • Ensure your Fly12 is fully charged (LED will illuminate green)
  • Reformat your SD card
  • Make sure the firmware is up to date

If your Fly12 is still turning off mid-ride, please submit a ticket with our support team using the button in the top right.

My Fly12 is not turning off

To turn your Fly device off, press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second. If for any reason your Fly12 does not turn off, please try the following:
